interiors with latex paint with the appropriate color to match your
interior design theme. Our painting services include painting walls,
painting trim, painting doors, paining windows, painting ceilings, etc.

Painting Services - Our Professional Interior Painting Process
Proper interior
painting projects begin with preparation. The painting preparation for
interior painting is usually more time consuming and can encompass more
work than the actual painting itself. The bulk of the work is getting
a surface ready for painting. We are intensely mindful of the furniture
and fixtures that occupy the room.
- Before we do
any interior painting our first step is to remove whatever small sensitive
items we can from the room being painted. Or in some cases the items
can be placed in the center of the room. We cover the items with clean
covers or drop cloths. We also use plastic sheeting to best meet the
job requirements. All the floors are properly protected as well.
- Next we bring
in our painting and prep supplies, ladders, step stools, etc. needed
to complete the job.
- We then prepare
the surface to be painted, fill holes and cracks, treat mold stains
and water marks, we tape off light fixtures, moldings and trim anything
that will not be painted.
- Once the prep
work is completed the interior painting begins. We paint the interior
areas that have been properly prepared. It may include a primer coat,
a single coat or multiple coats depending on the job. Sharp contrasting
color changes from light to dark or vise-versa usually require multiple
coats to properly cover to a uniform finish.
- When we are done
painting the room and the paint has had adequate time to dry we inspect
our work. Making sure everything is properly coated and looks right
before we begin the clean-up.
- Next we clean
up - removing all our tools and equipment. Next, the drop cloth coverings
and tapped fixtures are removed. If the trim was painted we recaulk
with a good silicon acrylic caulk or elastomeric caulk. We touch up
any areas we see that need final details addressed.
- Lastly, the furniture
and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors
with carpets are vacuumed, floors are swept and cleaned accordingly.
Window glass, mirrors all furniture is wiped down to remove any dust
residue that may have accumulated through the process.
- We are now ready
for you to inspect our work. We invite your feedback and then once
you are 100% satisfied with our work we request payment.
